We're investors - just like you!
We're a group of investors based in the Michigan area. We've closed hundreds of deals in the last 10 years and look forward to closing hundreds more. Unfortunately we're unable to close everything that crosses our plate. Some of the deals work better as rental houses, others are in areas where our crews are already six months out or more. We also have plenty of note deals that we're not set up to hold for the long term.
But our misfortune could be your opportunity! Reliable Home Sale is designed to be an outlet for quality deals. We understand real life pricing, not some inflated comps sent out by a wholesaler who's trying to make a quick buck. Our deals are actually deals and we stand by that.
Our note deals are also structured as a win/win for the homeowner and the investor. We understand how to help the homeowner while also creating a positive cash flow for the investor. We have experience with self directed IRAs, hypothecation, partials, and whole note sales. We're happy to discuss any option that fits your investment requirements.
